I have not actually seen a doctor for quite a while, whenever I have contacted the surgery I have been given a prescription from what I have said over the phone.

I like the electronic sign in screen in reception. I also appreciate the call back process by the Dr to determine whether the matter requires a visit to the surgery or not. So far this has always saved me the journey to the surgery and my health issue has been dealt with satisfactorily over the phone.

During out of hours, I had to call 111, who then called an ambulance for my daughter, when really, in the past CHOC would have seen her and an ambulance would not have been needed!!
